1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AUMNOVA's services, including but not limited to energy healing sessions, meditation guidance, and spiritual consultations (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Services.

2. Healing Services Description

2.1 Nature of Services

AUMNOVA provides spiritual and energy healing services including:

• Guided AUMNOVA meditation sessions
• Non-verbal energy healing
• Personalized AUMNOVA energy activation
• Spiritual guidance and consultation

2.2 Service Provider

All healing services are provided by Narinder Chandel, Grandmaster Healer and founder of AUMNOVA. Services may be conducted in-person or online via video conference, as agreed upon during booking.

2.3 Session Format

Healing sessions typically include:

• Initial consultation and energy assessment
• Energy healing and activation work
• Guidance and integration techniques
• Post-session recommendations

3. Session Bookings & Payments

3.1 Booking Process

All sessions must be booked in advance through our official channels. Same-day bookings are subject to availability.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment for services is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise arranged. We accept various payment methods including bank transfer, UPI, and online payment gateways.

3.3 Pricing

Service fees are quoted during the consultation process and are subject to change. Current pricing is available upon request.

3.4 Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours notice. Late rescheduling may be subject to rescheduling fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your health, medical history, and current situation to ensure safe and effective healing sessions.

4.2 Medical Disclaimer

You acknowledge that AUMNOVA services are complementary to and not a replacement for professional medical care. You agree to maintain your current medical treatments and consult healthcare providers for medical conditions.

4.3 Session Preparation

You are responsible for creating an appropriate environment for online sessions, including a quiet space, stable internet connection, and necessary equipment.

4.4 Personal Commitment

Healing outcomes depend on your active participation and commitment to the process. Results vary based on individual circumstances and dedication.

5. Important Disclaimers

5.1 No Medical Claims

AUMNOVA does not diagnose, treat, or claim to cure any medical or psychological conditions. Our services are spiritual and energetic in nature.

5.2 No Guaranteed Results

While many clients experience positive changes, we cannot guarantee specific results from healing sessions. Individual experiences vary.

5.3 Personal Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and well-being during and after healing sessions.

5.4 Energy Sensitivity

Some individuals may experience temporary discomfort as energy shifts occur. This is typically part of the healing process.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 AUMNOVA System

The AUMNOVA energy system, techniques, meditations, and related materials are the intellectual property of Narinder Chandel and may not be reproduced or taught without explicit written permission.

6.2 Session Materials

Any recordings, notes, or materials provided during sessions are for personal use only and may not be shared or distributed.

6.3 Website Content

All content on the AUMNOVA website, including text, graphics, and logos, is protected by copyright and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AUMNOVA's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific session in question.

7.2 No Consequential Damages

In no event shall AUMNOVA be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participating in energy healing involves inherent uncertainties and voluntarily assume all associated risks.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Clients may discontinue services at any time, subject to our refund policy.
